TVA provides regulatory oversight for your local power company’s rates and service practices.

If you have an issue or complaint that you have not been able to resolve with your local power company, TVA’s Complaint Resolution Process may be able to help.

If you are moving to or from our service area and need to terminate or transfer your service, we are happy to help. At this time, you may terminate or transfer service by phone call or by stopping by our office. Our customer service representatives are happy to assist you and make this process as easy as possible!
